1. Who we are and what we provide
DecodeMed operates the DecodeMed AI website at decodemed.app and the RadioAnato AI mobile application, also referred to as RadioAnatomy. These terms cover our website, app, learning content and subscriptions. Contact: [email protected].
We provide digital medical education software: interactive anatomy, radiology and histology content, and an AI tutor with study questions and quizzes. The product is delivered online; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Educational use and eligibility
The service is intended for adult learners, including medical students and healthcare professionals. You must be at least 18 to create a paid account.
Content and AI answers are for education only. They may contain mistakes and do not replace professional judgment, clinical training or verified references. Do not use the service for diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or decisions about a patient. Do not upload identifiable patient information.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Website sign-in uses Clerk when enabled; mobile and administrator sign-in use Supabase. To share subscriptions and AI credits, connect your website account to your app account using the Account page. Using the same email address alone does not connect accounts.
Do not share, sell or transfer accounts. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. An administrator account is separate from a personal learning account.
4. Plans, delivery and recurring charges
Public previews and learning resources are available without a paid plan. Our published Pro prices are US$9.99 per month or US$59.99 per year. The annual plan is billed in one yearly payment. You can subscribe on the website through Hotmart or in the RadioAnato AI app through Apple or Google. The checkout shows the final price, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you pay.
Pro includes Pro anatomy, radiology and histology content and AI tutoring with quizzes, subject to your account’s AI credit allowance. It does not include content specifically marked Ultra. View your current allowance in the AI tutor before sending a request; access is not unlimited.
Paid access starts after the payment provider confirms your purchase and applies to the connected account. Subscriptions automatically renew on the selected monthly or yearly cycle until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. We will disclose any price changes before they apply, as required by applicable law.
5. Payment providers
Website purchases are processed by Hotmart as our payment provider and are also subject to Hotmart’s buyer terms. Some earlier website purchases were processed by Whop, Inc. under Whop’s buyer terms. To buy on the website, sign in and connect your website account to your app account; the subscription is applied to that connected account. We never receive your full card number.
Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the relevant store’s payment terms. Do not start another paid subscription if your connected account already has an active one; the website will not start a second one.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel a website purchase in your Hotmart purchases area (consumer.hotmart.com) or through the link in your Hotmart receipt; for an earlier Whop purchase, use your Whop account (Memberships). Manage or cancel app purchases in Apple or Google Play subscription settings; our Account & billing page links to these settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the current period. Refund eligibility, the first-purchase guarantee and request instructions are set out in our Refund Policy. Deleting an account or removing the app does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
7. Acceptable use and content rights
Use the service lawfully for your own learning. Do not bypass access restrictions, abuse AI usage limits, interfere with the service, scrape or resell protected content, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access for fraud, security incidents or material violations, subject to applicable law.
Our software and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party material retains its own licenses and attribution; see Legal & licences. A subscription grants personal access rather than ownership of the content.
8. Privacy, availability and responsibility
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, usage and payment-related information. Service features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI answers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of educational information or events outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and support
